In this course, we’ll demonstrate various specific tennis workouts & drills that you can do at home, with no equipment needed, mainly bodyweight exercices, however you will need a racket & tennis ball for some drills.
These drills are mixed in with racket shaddowing drills that will help your stroke technique, awareness of the racket path and will develop certain aspects of your footwork for different sort of shots and coming balls.
We also include bodyweight physical drills targeted for tennis players performance factors like upper and lower body strength, core stability, explosiveness and so on..
We didn’t define the number of reps and sets because most of these drills can be done by all levels and ages and therefore everyone can tweak the volume according to his physical endurance and can choose the drills that can improve his game the most.
