Nike Roger Federer 2009 French Open Air Vapor VI Tour 344539-141
This rare and historic shoe model was worn by Roger Federer to win his first and only French Open/Roland Garros title. He also wore this model at the Miami, Madrid (winner), and Rome Masters events. There is virtually no wear on the uppers or outsoles whatsoever, having only been worn casually for a few hours with minuscule scuffs. These shoes are a size 10.5 US and are in excellent condition. I have provided photos of Roger wearing this shoe model and photos of the actual shoes you will receive. No box is included. Just as with all Vapor 6 models, including brand new pairs, the uppers are prone to natural discoloration over time. Please see photos for details of the shoes as evidence of their condition before bidding.

Nike Air Vapor VI Men’s Shoe White / Black / Blue
Roger Federer’s latest weapon of choice, the Vapor VI Tour gets improved with new technologies. Utilizing Flywire technology, Nike continues to offer impressive support and stability in the Vapor, but now with less weight. Flywire has allowed the Vapor VI Tour to come in more than half an ounce lighter than the previous version. The weight reduction has also been carried through to the cushioning system. LunarLite technology in the forefoot of the midsole offers a lighter, softer, more flexible ride. Nike’s Zoom Air in the heel helps keep feet low to the court for a stable ride, yet offers plenty of cushioning for player comfort. Nike’s XDR outsole material in a herringbone combination offers traction on all court surfaces with solid hard court durability. At the rear of the shoe, the Fit Frame technology is updated once again, offering the same support in a lighter, more efficient design. Nike continues to impress with this, their latest version of the Vapor. |
