RETURNS POLICY
All return requests must be reviewed and

inches; we are very careful when listing actual measurements of items. Please

To be eligible for a return the item needs to
meet the above criteria AND
- You must contact us within 48 hours of
delivery as determined by tracking information. - The item must be unused and in the same condition that
you received it. - Any items approved for return must be shipped with
proof of tracking information received by us within 48 hours of the
approval. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and buyers are responsible for
safe and secure shipping as we are not responsible for any items returned
to us damaged, or lost.

- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days after
receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another
notification when your order has shipped.
Packaging
- As a reselling business we want to focus on
sustainability which is why we opted for 100% BIODGEGRADABLE – Made
of PBAT and modified corn starch making it compostable at
home.
- We ship hats and larger jackets in 100% recycled
cardboard boxes so they don’t get crushed in the mail.
Tracking
- We always ship tracked so we will know where your item
is at all times.
- Please double check your shipping address, we are not
responsible for undelivered packages. If a package is undeliverable or
sent back, customers are responsible for the shipping cost and return
shipping costs. We reserve the right to cancel international orders at any
time.
