Except for broken strings, his terrific antique racket is in excellent condition. It has its original animal gut string with double mains. The logos are crisp, clean and the BLUE RIBBON insignia is in the “megaphone’ style. Its bow and beam show very little wear and the original cord bindings are perfect. The butt is in tact and the leather band is excellent.
Manufactured between 1919 and 1926, this racket is a great show piece.
